Jalee DiBernardo

My name is Jalee DiBernardo and I will be your child's 3rd grade teacher! This will be my twelfth year in education and my seventh year with Franklin County Schools. I am excited about this upcoming year and all that it will have to offer us.

I am originally from Charlotte, NC but grew up and attended college in Atlanta, GA. I graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and my M.Ed. in Instructional Technology. It is exciting to see how students can use technology to show mastery of their learning and take ownership of the final product!

While I am not teaching, I love to spend time with my family and friends. Some of my favorite hobbies include: watching my daughter experience the world around her, loving our sweet pup, Luna, watching my husband coach lacrosse, traveling to new places, hiking to waterfalls, gardening (well, I try!), and diving into a good book on the screen porch! I also love a nice cup of hot tea!

I am looking forward to a wonderful, productive school year! Thank you for entrusting me with your child! I consider it an honor to teach and am excited for the growth our learners will make this year. Thank you for your support at home as well. A child's education is truly a group effort and you are my rock at home! Let's have fun this year!
