Summer Reading Challenge 2026 - Earn badges (backpack tags) for each book you read in the 10 categories listed. Have fun exploring new titles and authors! Enjoy reading inside, outside, to a friend or family memory, to yourself! Where can you find really good books to read? Check out the offerings at the Franklin County Public Library in Winchester every Monday in June at 2:00 p.m. and May Justus Memorial Library in Monteagle every Thursday at 10:00 a.m. Summer Reading at Franklin County Library 2026: May 23rd Summer Reading Kick-Off 10 a.m. to noon; Monday Madness 2:00 p.m. every Monday in June; Storytime at 10:00 a.m. every Wednesday; Meet Me At every Friday at 2:00 p.m.; June 18th at 10:00 a.m. Performer at The Library; July 9th at 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Winchester Swimplex
